Role Details:

• Role: DevSecOps Engineer
• Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday,1PM - 10PM (UAE Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Support cloud-native and containerized environments across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes platforms
• Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, and monitoring into deployment pipelines
• Manage system monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and incident response activities
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Support security governance, access management, and compliance initiatives within enterprise environments

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps or in any similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Helm, or other container technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Exposure to DevSecOps or security practices such as SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, Checkmarx, vulnerability scanning, IAM, or secrets management
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Bash, YAML, or similar technologies
• Experience within banking, fintech, enterprise, or regulated environments would be an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
