We are hiring a Business Development Executive who is:

Your Role:

Business Development

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and government sectors, including banks, GLCs, SMEs, schools, and large organisations
  • Support and contribute to ongoing BD projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development PIC on strategic leads, joint pitches, and pipeline development
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential partners, and untapped segments that align with PCN's mission and growth objectives
  • Assist in structuring new service offerings, partnership frameworks, and go-to-market approaches for new verticals
  • Track and maintain a healthy BD pipeline; provide regular updates on progress, blockers, and next steps

You are expected to take initiative and move opportunities forward.

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive outbound sales efforts prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads across target sectors
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to each prospect's needs and pain points
  • Follow through diligently on all leads, proposals, and commitments

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing
  • Experience engaging Malaysian corporate clients is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking to HR, Risk, Compliance, Management, and Business Owners
  • Target-oriented and accountable
  • Able to work independently in a small team environment

Salary & Commission

  • Basic: RM3,000 – RM3,500
  • Commission: Performance-based
