Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop Si Power IGBT/Diode and/or Silicon Carbide Power MOSFET wafer technologies and product features to realize new power devices that meet the performance, cost, and quality targets
- Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments (including DoEs)
- Be responsible for the definition of unit process requirements
- Coordinate frontend processing of development lots (generation of split plans, trial routes, etc)
- Be responsible for the process flow definition (process of records) and the implementation of new technology concepts in production
- Develop new process control structures and test structures for electrical characterization
- Coordinate physical analyses
- Be responsible for the analysis of electrical test data
- Create intellectual property
- Be responsible for project management subtasks
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A university degree (Bachelor, Master or above) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or related to Semiconductor
- > 8 years of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of power devices semiconductor technology as a plus
- Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge
- Project management experience as a plus
- Fluent English skills
