About the Role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Robot Teleoperator based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will operate robotic systems in real time using controllers, cameras, VR headsets, and other control interfaces. Your work will support robot testing, data collection, field trials, live demonstrations, and customer deployments.

This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, coordinated, safety-minded, and comfortable working hands-on with advanced robotic hardware.

What You’ll Do

• Operate robotic systems in real time with precision and consistency
• Execute predefined robot tasks, motion sequences, and test scenarios
• Prepare operating environments and assist with robot setup, calibration, startup, and shutdown
• Monitor robot performance and identify issues during operating sessions
• Collect, label, and organize operational data and test results
• Follow safety procedures and operating workflows at all times
• Provide feedback on control responsiveness, usability, and workflow improvements
• Support field tests, live demos, and customer-site deployments as needed

• Strong hand-eye coordination and good physical dexterity
• Careful, focused, and attentive during operating sessions
• Comfortable using computers, controllers, cameras, VR devices, or other technical equipment
• Able to identify issues and communicate them clearly
• Willingness to work on-site and support occasional extended testing or demo sessions
