Responsibilities:-
Manage front desk and reception duties, including handling visitors, calls, emails, and incoming deliveries.
Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage meeting schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and administrative support for management.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
Support basic bookkeeping, documentation, and administrative reporting.
Prepare presentations, reports, letters, and other administrative materials as assigned.
Assist with office coordination, staff support, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
Prior experience in administration, receptionist, or office support roles is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of office administration and documentation processes.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
