We are seeking a talented Admin Executive who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing operations. This full-time position is based in our Bundusan office. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team

  • Preparing and processing sales invoices, DOs

  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

  • Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
