About the role

Lead daily production operations by executing production plans, managing team performance, ensuring product quality and workplace safety, and driving efficiency through strong leadership, training, and continuous improvement.

Job description:

1. Carry out work according to the production plan and complete various production tasks.
2. Implement production manufacturing process requirements and control product quality in the production process.
3. Organize personnel reasonably to improve production efficiency.
4. Responsible for on-site 5S and personnel safety discipline management.
5. Organize daily employee training to continuously improve job skills.
6. Responsible for employee care within the team.

Requirements：

1.Graduate or above, with no specific major required.
2.3-5 years of production management experience in large manufacturing enterprises, with lithium battery experience preferred.
3.Dedication, strong communication, and coordination abilities.
4.Good execution and strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand high pressure.
5.Strong team building capabilities.
6.Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
