About the role

We are looking for a skilled and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Superior Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd in Kangkar Tebrau, Johor. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting our team and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

• Providing customer service and serving as the first point of contact for inquiries

• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

• Supporting the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
