Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience in HR Operations will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
- Provide HR operational support to employees and managers on daily HR matters.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems accurately.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and administrative documentation as required.
- Handle confidential matters professionally and support ad-hoc HR assignments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Salary paid twice monthly for better financial flexibility
- Overtime paid in full compliance with Employment Act (up to 3.0x rate)
- No recruitment fees charged
