Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or related field 
  • Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for brands, organisations, or personal projects 
  • Comfortable creating mobile-first content such as Stories, Reels, and short-form videos 
  • Familiar with Canva or similar content creation tools 
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and platform trends 
  • Strong time management, coordination, and communication skills 
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to fast-changing schedules 
  • Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented 
  • Experience in events, sports, entertainment, or digital media industries 
  • Familiarity with coordinating multiple stakeholders, contributors, or KOLs 
  • Experience supporting live or time-sensitive social media coverage 
  • Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel when required

Tanggungjawab

  • Execute and maintain the social media content calendar in alignment with campaigns, events, and ongoing activities 
  • Create and publish short-form social media content, including: 
    • Instagram Stories and Reels using mobile devices 
    • Static visuals and simple motion graphics using Canva or similar tools 
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content direction, messaging, and timelines 
  • Monitor post performance metrics including reach, engagement, views, and audience interactions 
  • Support live event coverage through: 
    • Real-time content updates 
    • Community engagement and comment moderation 
    • On-site social media support when required 
  • Liaise with external contributors such as KOLs, partners, and collaborators to ensure timely content delivery 
  • Ensure all assigned content and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
