Kelayakan
- Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
- 2 years of working experience in sales and interior design & residential project
- Creative, innovative, independent, self- motivated, discipline and good sense of responsibility
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to brief and meet client for design briefing and attend the client’s requirement
- Required skills: AutoCAD, 2D & shop drawing, interiCAD or 3D Max / 2020/ Coohom
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- To identify, manage and acquire new sales leads.
- Attend to homeowners/ customers / project inquires and close the sales.
- To fully involve in design development stage with design team.
- To provide full design consultation services to clients for residential project following the requirements of design and built service.
- Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
- To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client.
- To plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.
- Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting
- To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Provide customer service and support to clients throughout the design and project delivery process
