Monday to Saturday only 11am-8pm *SUNDAY OFF
͙Job Scope:
Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable car care products and accessories
Provide product advice on Shell lubricants, car care, maintenance items, and accessories
Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and basic maintenance tips
Demonstrate and install selected products (e.g. phone holders, DropStop, wipers)
Promote Shell campaigns, upsell relevant products, and support customer engagement initiatives
Handle customer enquiries professionally, including Shell Autoserv and Car Wash bookings
Conduct basic vehicle checks safely (ICE, Hybrid, and EV), including fluids, battery health, tyres, and wipers
Perform windscreen cleaning, wiper checks, and replacements
Support inventory control and assist the Station Manager with stock monitoring
Collaborate with station staff and perform other duties as assigned
