Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Advising Singapore clients on investments in Germany.
  • Advising German MNCs and SMEs on Corporate Structuring in South East Asia.
  • Advising mainly German Clients on contractual solutions for assignment of employees to South East Asia.
  • Draft legal documents and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in law from Germany.
  • 1-5+ years PQE as corporate commercial attorney with reputable lawfirms is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written) as this position will be dealing with German legal documents.

This position will be based in Singapore.
