Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding of new colleagues to systems and application (e.g. system access, common folder access).
- Support in the maintenance of SharePoint.
- Assist with inventory data validation for newly opened properties.
- Assist with report consolidation for properties on non-official Property Mgmt System (PMS) via the Sales Report Template (SRT).
- Assist with Revenue Bytes (newsletter) design and communication to cluster users.
- Provide support and track progress related to our UpsellGuru Program, our eLearning Program.
- Provide support for DHS Program monitoring (e.g. cluster follow up) and STR (e.g. competitor evaluation).
- Conduct enhancement checks on PowerBI dashboard and BI Model.
- Monitor and validate data submission for various dashboards and report consolidation.
- Support newsletter article design.
- To assist supervisor and/or team and provide support special projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and/or Canva.
- Excellent communications skills with a positive attitude, curious mind and detailed oriented.
- Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers and comfortable with analysing data.
