Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain data to support sales analysis and market development initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing department on promotional actions and lead generation.
Contribute actively to the formulation of sales strategies.
Utilize Microsoft, SAP, and proprietary software effectively to enhance data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PBI/Tableau; knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage.
Proactive approach in suggesting ideas for sales performance enhancement.
Eager to explore and understand the underlying reasons for outcomes.
Purpose-driven, consistently questioning the rationale behind actions.
Possess high standards of service excellence, showing an understanding of and empathy for colleagues’ needs.
Detail-oriented, committed to thorough checking and achieving defined objectives.
