Job Description

You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, and enabling high‑performing, cross‑functional teams, while also understanding and supporting AI‑specific development workflows, risks, and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Manage sprint commitments, capacity planning, delivery cadence, and blocker resolution.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog, including AI‑specific user stories (model features, data pipelines, prompts, evaluations).

GenAI Project Delivery

• Support teams delivering GenAI and LLM‑based solutions such as copilots, conversational agents, RAG applications, summarization, insight extraction, and AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Enable AI development workflows including data preparation, annotation, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, benchmarking, and model evaluation.
• Ensure AI safety practices, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and continuous feedback using user telemetry and evaluation results.
  Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps, Platform teams, and domain SMEs.

Coaching & Continuous Improvement

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and AI delivery best practices.
• Promote AI‑aware Agile artifacts such as model evaluation scorecards and prompt versioning.
• Drive continuous improvement using sprint metrics, model performance data, and team feedback.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

• Identify and manage GenAI risks including data privacy, bias, accuracy, hallucinations, and operational limitations.
• Support risk mitigation aligned with Data Governance, Security, and Responsible AI standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data‑handling, and model‑governance requirements.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration

• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Communicate sprint progress, delivery risks, and AI readiness to leadership.
• Support user journey design and testing for GenAI capabilities.

Reporting & Transparency

• Provide visibility into delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, predictability, cycle time, and impediments.
• Track AI‑specific metrics including accuracy, evaluation scores, and hallucination rates.
• Produce sprint dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.

Scaled Agile

• Operate effectively within scaled Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, particularly across data, models, and platform integrations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5–9 years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong experience supporting or delivering AI / ML or Generative AI initiatives.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model evaluation concepts (hands‑on coding not mandatory, but technical fluency is essential).
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred; SAFe/LeSS a plus).
