Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and implement OHC policies, SOP, and Practice Guidelines to ensure OHC operation is compliance to the regulatory and quality standards are met
• Provide induction, training and development as well as supervision for all OHC staff to maintain high standard of service delivery, effective operations, and talent sustainability.
• Manage scheduling of duties for the Dental Officers and support staff for smooth operations and optimum coverage of OHC services.
• Coordinate effectively with Dental School’s faculty members who are practicing under Faculty Practice Plan and to ensure optimum support for the faculty members during their practice at OHC for effective services.
• Implement proper infection control procedures to ensure compliance to health and safety requirements by all personnel practicing in OHC.
• Cooperate with internal and external audits and ensure implementation of recommendations for the clinical and laboratory services.
• Monitor and maintain all aspects related to required inventories and equipment including selection and purchasing used by OHC for smooth operations and within the budget.
• Prepare and participate in budget planning and strategic initiatives to ensure constant growth of OHC through optimisation of resources in OHC operations.
• Participate in marketing strategies and initiatives (including quality assurance / improvement, public awareness, and promotional activities) for OHC, IMU Healthcare, and IMU Education to ensure fast-to-market delivery of all OHC’s new services and raise the corporate image of IMU in the public

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in healthcare related field with at least 10 years of working experience in healthcare industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role related to Dental Services or 5 years of experience in supervisory role related to other Healthcare Services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
