Account & Finance Executive

CT VET is a growing multi-branch veterinary group looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Finance Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is important in ensuring smooth daily finance, purchasing, stock, and reporting operations across multiple clinic branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts independently
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliation and merchant reconciliation
• Monitor company expenses and staff claims
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports
• Prepare monthly financial reports and finance documentation
• Coordinate payroll-related finance documentation
• Maintain proper finance filing and records
• Monitor stock listing, stock movement, and purchasing records
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier follow-up for multiple branches
• Liaise with management, suppliers, auditors, and external accountants
• Ensure reports and finance documents are accurate and submitted on time

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferred
• Must be able to handle full set accounts independently
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Experience in stock monitoring or purchasing coordination is an advantage
• Experience working in SME environment is preferred
