Job Summary:

Receiving Executive (Supermarket) is responsible for managing and monitoring incoming goods deliveries, ensuring the quantity and quality of products received are accurate and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and ensure the quantity and quality match the purchase order and delivery order.
• Check product condition, expiry dates and quality especially for fresh or perishable items.
• Record and update received goods in the inventory or system accurately.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and store team regarding delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of received products according to company standards.
• Maintain receiving documentations such as delivery orders, invoices and stock records.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect items to the relevant department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration,, Logistic. Supply Chain or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in receiving in retail or supermarket operations.
• Willing to work according to retail business hours.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
