Your Responsibilities:

• Source, approach, and negotiate with the right KOLs/KOCs for impactful Tiktok collaborations
• Manage contracts and ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the collaboration lifecycle
• Partner closely with Marketing to ensure content aligns with brand direction and quality standards
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators
• Stay on top of social media trends and identify new collaboration opportunities

Job Requirement:

• Experienced in KOL Marketing experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Majoring in media, advertising, marketing and / or related studies
• Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills
• Interested in the beauty and make-up industry, relevant working experience is preferred.
• Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer or live stream host is a plus
