Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Ensure all housekeeping standards and procedures are consistently followed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as providing baby cots, cribs, extra towels, and other amenities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, and report any maintenance issues when necessary.
• Adhere to all departmental policies, as well as safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support other departments when required to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
• Be flexible to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
• Be open to relocation or transfer to other properties if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
