What You’ll Do
- Proposing solutions based on requirement provided by users
- Supporting key users when they have problems about functional related issues regarding individual business process.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Implementing the solution proposal in the system via configuration or development objects.
- Conduct SIT/UAT on the implementation or configuration changes.
- Implement OSS (Online SAP Service) notes on application level
- End user administration.
- Managing transport management and testing.
- Processing fault reports in the components and processes supported, developing solutions proposal.
- Supporting month end and year end activities. Assist on project implementation.
- User requirement gathering.
- Monitoring batch jobs.
- Provide analysis and assessment on upgrade/new release of SAP Modules.
