Job Summary

Comfori is hiring an experienced Marketing Sales Executive to support business growth in 2026. This role is designed for candidates with proven full-cycle B2B sales experience who can independently manage corporate clients, execute marketing-driven sales activities, and consistently close deals.

This position is not suitable for entry-level, junior, or non-B2B sales candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle B2B sales activities including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Execute marketing initiatives to generate and qualify sales leads
• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with corporate clients
• Conduct consultative sales meetings with senior decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Achieve monthly sales targets and marketing KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven full-cycle B2B sales experience, including closing
• Preferred 3 to 5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience
• Experience selling services, solutions, or professional offerings
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders such as Directors, HR leaders, and business owners
• Proven track record of sales performance

Experience Not Considered

• Call center customer service roles with minor upselling exposure
• Live host, livestream selling, or urgency-based direct sales roles
• Debt collection or recovery call center experience
• Telemarketing roles without ownership of the full sales cycle
• Fresh graduates or candidates without closing experience
