About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our clients’ customer base through strategic outreach and direct engagement.

You’ll play a key role in generating leads, initiating conversations, and building strong relationships with potential clients — both through door-to-door outreach and event-based campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and implement prospecting and outreach strategies
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and initiate conversations with business owners
  • Identify potential clients and assess their suitability
  • Present and sell the value of partnering with our clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Share on-the-ground insights with the team to improve strategies
  • Support marketing campaigns through outreach and engagement
  • Represent brands confidently in face-to-face interactions
