Lift Technician (Maintenance)

• Work Location: Various locations within Mainland Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability and minimize operational downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, support troubleshooting activities, and assist teams to maintain operational readiness, including standby duties when required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements, including participation in inspections or audits.
• Maintain proper handling, usage, and safekeeping of tools and equipment in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and timely issue resolution.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, reports, and findings, and support investigations into equipment issues to improve quality and performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
