Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Monitor daily bank balances and assist with weekly cash flow updates and payments.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in GST filing and corporate tax schedule preparation.
• Maintain organized financial records and support ad-hoc administrative or project tasks.
• Draft responses to queries from bankers, auditors, or counterparties.
• Follow financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and finance best practices.

Requirements:     

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry; audit firm experience preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, U8) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Basic knowledge of bank transactions, TT payments, and reconciliation processes.
