Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT application projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, developers, infrastructure teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders.
- Gather and validate business and system requirements with banking stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and manage project governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements, security policies, and audit standards.
- Manage application implementation, system integration, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and project status updates.
- Manage vendor deliverables, contracts, and service quality.
- Support change management and release management activities.
- Ensure proper incident management and problem resolution during project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, database, and application support teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing banking application projects is preferred.
