Compliance & Investigations – Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, managing investigations with integrity, and maintaining procedural fairness.

Leadership Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement – Partnering with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, build strong relationships, and deliver sustainable outcomes.

Key Requirements & Skills
