Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to manage and coordinate government-related IT leasing projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, documentation, and ensuring project delivery within timeline and budget.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, experience handling government projects, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end IT leasing project implementation for government sector clients
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring activities
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, and internal technical teams
- Monitor project progress, timeline, deliverables, and budget
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, policies, and procedures
- Handle project risk management and issue resolution
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management
- Coordinate hardware/software delivery, installation, and deployment activities
- Ensure smooth project handover and project closure
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience handling leasing projects or government-related IT projects is an added advantage
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and documentation processes
- Experience dealing with government agencies and vendors
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project tracking, and reporting tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification is an added advantage
