Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Finance Intern (Financial Planning and Controlling) di Arvato Systems Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and follow up of weekly reports – i.e. weekly utilization reports
• Assist in performing month end closing activities – i.e. Monthly preliminary and final Head-count check, updating monthly exchange rates into relevant working files
• Assist in the preparation of month end reports – i.e. Monthly Business Review working files and presentation dashboards, Allowance and Leave Reports
• Support the compilation of management reports – i.e. downloading reports from SAP to be incorporated into respective reports.
• Assist in checking sanity of working files (i.e. annual tariff pricing computation, annual KPI files) and other ad-hoc finance assignments

Requirements:

• Undergraduate (2nd or 3rd year) – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Must have basic and hands on MS Excel skills
• Detail oriented and positive working attitude
• Good analytical, communication, problem solving skills
• Internship position for duration of 3 to 6 months
