Kerja Sepenuh Masa Bending Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di FENGSHI METAL TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate bending machines according to production schedules and technical drawings.
• Interpret engineering drawings, bend sequences, dimensions, and tolerances before production.
• Select and install appropriate tooling, punches, and dies for different bending requirements.
• Perform machine setup, parameter adjustment, and first-piece inspection to ensure product accuracy.
• Monitor bending operations and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, bending defects, and dimensional inaccuracies during production.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, angle gauges, and measuring tapes.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of sheet metal parts to prevent scratches or damage.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform daily preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, 6S practices, and company policies at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce material wastage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sheet metal bending or press brake operation.
• Knowledge of CNC press brake machines and bending processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
• Familiar with measuring tools and quality inspection processes.
• Basic troubleshooting and machine setup skills.
• Knowledge of different sheet metal materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
