Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure product quality.
• Lead customer complaint handling, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation control, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs (e.g., defect rate, scrap rate, customer returns).
• Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to ensure quality is built into processes and products.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including evaluation, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop the quality team, including inspectors and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing (sheet metal, machining, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001) and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Experience in precision manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience handling customer audits and complaints.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
