Job Summary

Develop new product and menu for KFC brand.

• To develop new product pipelines according to the next 12 months Marketing calendar.
• To develop long term base menu strategy.
• As a functional support team to ensure smooth and successful new product launches.
• Establish new procedures / SOPs and improve existing procedures.
• Prepare estimated costing for new products.
• Testing and evaluation of new ingredients, existing ingredients from alternative suppliers, new equipment, small wares/utensils, packaging, etc.
• Work in collaboration with various departments i.e. Marketing, Operations, Training, SCM on specific requests relating to new products and existing menu items.
• Compile Halal certificates for all new products prior to launch.
• Input new recipe in Food Market Hub based on PLU codes created for individual menu configurations.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh entry level or 1 year experience in related field.
• Have no severe health risk of food.
• Non vegetarian.
• Office base work but must be able to work in a kitchen environment.
• Also require minimum traveling within Klang Valley area when necessary.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
