Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Planner di Efinix, Inc. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Review monthly forecast from Sales Team and prepare rolling forecast to OSATs for capacity and material planning
• Release Purchase Orders and Build Plans to OSATs based on forecast
• Follow up closely on WIP status with OSAT and expedite for urgent shipments to meet Customer Request Date and revenue
• Provide commit dates for sales orders to Inside Sales Team within 24 hours 
• Monitor materials at OSATs to avoid excess inventories or scrappages and provide timely disposition for the aged or expired materials
• Monitor FG inventories, safety stock and materials to avoid shortages or excesses
• Work with OSAT on the credit rebate of consigned materials quarterly
• Participate in the Supplier Performance Evaluation process periodically
• Support Finance on payment reconciliation, invoices verification, open orders and inventories audit
• Work with Logistics Team to ensure FG availability for smooth shipment 

Education & Experience (Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• >5 years related planning working experience in the manufacturing environment especially in EMS or Semiconductor industries
