Job Title: CW Generalist (HR Administration)

Location: The Pinnacle, Bandar Sunway
Contract: 12 Months (renewable)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CW Generalist to support contingent workforce (CW) administration and HR operations. This role will be responsible for managing contractor lifecycle processes, handling purchase orders and invoices, supporting HRDC administration, and assisting with engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers including onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth CW operations.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and documentation.
• Create and track purchase orders (PO) related to contingent workforce engagements.
• Process and monitor vendor invoices and ensure timely submission.
• Support HRDC documentation and claims processes.
• Assist with employee and contractor engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist role.
• Experience handling vendor management, invoicing, or purchase orders is an added advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
