Job Summary
The Floor Associate (Fresh) is responsible for supporting daily store operations by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, products are fresh and properly displayed, and customer's friendly service. This role plays an important part in maintaining Segi Fresh’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and freshness while working closely with the team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly, helpful service
- Handle daily stocking, replenishment, and display of grocery or fresh products
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation of products (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned sections
- Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items
- Assist with receiving deliveries and unpacking goods
- Follow store procedures, safety guidelines, and food handling standards
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Support other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent preferred)
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or fresh food handling is an advantage, but not required
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to cleanliness and quality

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
