Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
• Monitor and optimize conversion rates, AOV and overall sales performance.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, bundles and promotions.
• Plan and execute monthly campaigns, mega sale activations and product launches.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning for company's brand.
• Plan seeding strategies and paid collaborations to drive awareness and sales.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as informed by superior/management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business/ E-Commerce or any relevant field.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in handling e-commerce, digital marketing or sales.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem and e-commerce operations.
• Proven track record in managing TikTok Shop, Live and performance-driven campaigns.
• Quick thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.
• Able to handle unexpected challenges and make on-the-spot decisions to ensure a smooth digital experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
