Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Residence Supervisor to deliver friendly and professional guest assistance.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with tact and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
• Respond swiftly to guest complaints, taking ownership and resolving issues in line with established protocols.
• Handle all incoming calls promptly, typically within three rings, maintaining excellent communication standards.
• Manage cashiering duties accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Foster strong relationships with guests staying on-site by projecting a welcoming and courteous demeanor.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including emergency procedures, fire safety, and room security measures.
• Promote the use of secure deposit facilities and follow relevant policies for their operation.
• Stay informed about local attractions, events, and hotel facilities to provide guests with reliable information.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues across departments, ensuring smooth communication.
• Keep personal grooming impeccable and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors, executing them with professionalism and dedication.

Preferred Locations

• Our Client’s properties in prime city districts, including luxury residences and serviced apartments.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of at least O-Level education or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, especially familiarity with hotel management systems.
