Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering
Strong expertise in:
Cloudera CDP / Hadoop Ecosystem
Spark, Hive, YARN
Apache NiFi & Apache Airflow
Python or Scala
Advanced SQL
Apache Iceberg & Kudu
Linux Shell Scripting
IBM DataStage / Talend (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience with Netezza or Hadoop modernization projects
Banking or financial services domain exposure
Experience with Ranger, Atlas, OpenMetadata, and Great Expectations
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) or equivalent certification preferred
