Job Description
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
- Analyze market and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Prepare and present reports on trade marketing performance and insights.
- Support the development of promotional materials and tools for sales teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence / Key Account support (ideally in FMCG).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
- Familiar with modern trade / key account channels (e.g. hypermarkets, supermarkets, chain stores).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
- High visibility role working closely with senior commercial stakeholders.
- Exposure to key account strategies and large-scale retail execution.
