Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Experience in Sales, Interior Design, or the Renovation industry is an advantage but we welcome those with a passion to learn.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of the renovation process, including cabinetry, wet works, and general design principles.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations and explaining technical solutions to non technical clients.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Self driven and responsible, with the ability to handle clients independently.
• Excellent time management skills to stay organized in a fast paced environment.

A positive, resilient attitude when working under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Commisions: Up to RM 10,000 ++

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

• Follow up on company provided leads and generate new clients to help us grow our community of happy homeowners.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable renovation solutions and quotations so that we can deliver results that truly match their lifestyle.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including consultation, closing, collection, and project handover, allowing you to take full ownership of the client journey.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business, which helps us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with our designers to ensure solutions are practical and within budget, allowing you to learn the technical side of cabinetry and wet works.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction, so that we can together deliver high quality results on time.
