• Minimum Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting or related field 
• At least 1–2 years working experience in accounting field preferred 
• Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills 
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines 
• Positive attitude

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and data entry 
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) 
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliation 
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting 
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records 
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and auditors when required 
• Ensure accounting records are updated accurately in AutoCount system
