  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to stay current on the latest marketing strategies and best practices.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Campaign Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of experiential and event marketing, and have a proven track record of developing proposals and executing successful campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives, target audience, and brand messaging.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including experiential and event marketing activations, that align with client goals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals that clearly articulate the campaign concept, objectives, target audience, budget, KPIs and timeline.
  • Develop creative briefs and presentations to effectively communicate campaign ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Be involved in the planning and execution of experiential marketing activations, such as pop-up events, product launches, and brand experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics for events and activations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of all aspects of the campaign, including venue selection, event production, staffing, and on-site management.
  • Manage campaign budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as attendance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and future optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and performance marketing, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication throughout the campaign process.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
