Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Workwear / Safety Apparel Industry
Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + AWS + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle AR/AP transactions and daily accounting duties.
Prepare statements of accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
Review invoices, sales orders, credit notes, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
Monitor ageing, sales, and purchase reports.
Assist with journal entries, audits, and month-end/year-end closing.
Liaise with internal and external parties on finance matters.
Support general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to learn and adapt to new software systems.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible.

Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
