Full Time Data Business Analyst Jobs, salary up to SGD 8,000 in HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

We are seeking a Data Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions for one of our clients in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data solutions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Perform data validation and ensure data quality
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
• Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
• Commodity experience (preferably in middle office) as he will be facilitating the implementation of PL solutions
• Python, Databricks: Technical background to understand codes and pick up quickly
• Numerate and mathematical proficient to work through the numbers
• Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
