Office Facilities management cum Front Desk Executive - (1 year contract)
We are seeking a professional and adaptable Office Facilities & Front Desk Executive to support workplace operations while delivering a positive front desk experience.
Location: Punggol
Salary: $2700 - 2900
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Office attire with blazer
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Facilities Support
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and workplace functionality
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security)
Monitor and follow up on facilities-related requests and maintenance issues
Assist with workplace logistics and general administrative tasks
Provide support for urgent matters and internal office projects
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and general enquiries efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup requirements
Handle mail, courier deliveries, and parcel distribution
Requirements
Minimum N Level qualification or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception, concierge, office administration, or facilities support
Professional, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with visitors, employees, and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willing and able to travel between office locations when required
