Altallo is a Singapore-based real estate investment and fund management firm focused on identifying, acquiring, and managing high-quality commercial and income-generating real estate opportunities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day accounting, treasury, and operational finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

·  Maintain full set / partial set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

·  Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.

·  Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

·  Assist with preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and reporting packs for management review.

·  Support GST filing, compliance submissions, and liaise with external tax agents, auditors, and corporate secretaries where required.

·  Monitor daily cash balances and assist with cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across company accounts.

·  Track incoming receipts such as rental income and follow up on outstanding payments where necessary.

·  Execute operational payments including vendor payments, payroll, and financing obligations in a timely and controlled manner.

·  Manage corporate banking matters including account openings, account maintenance, KYC requests, and banking documentation.

·  Maintain proper filing, documentation, and financial records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

·  Provide administrative and operational support across the broader business when required.

·  Has strong accounting fundamentals and good understanding of finance operations.

·  Is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

·  Is proactive, responsible, and comfortable operating in a lean and fast-moving environment.

·  Has good communication skills and is able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

·  Prior experience in real estate, investment management, fund management, or related industries is an advantage.
