Overview

As the Executive to the Head of Dealership, you aren’t just an assistant; you are the engine room of the management office. You will work directly with the Head of Dealership to overhaul operations across Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales.

You are joining at a critical "turnaround" phase. We are building SOPs from scratch, streamlining workflows, and professionalizing a legacy environment. If you want a 9-to-5 desk job, this isn't it. If you want a "mini-MBA" in real-world business turnaround, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shadowing & Execution: Accompany the Head of Dealership in high-level meetings, capture intent, and ensure action items are closed.
• Project Management: Drive the creation and implementation of SOPs across all verticals. You’ll be the "closer" who ensures projects don't stall.
• Data & Analytics: Crunch numbers from finance and sales to provide the Head of Dealership with the "truth" behind the operations.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Interface with department heads and staff. You must be able to push for results and extract information without breaking team morale.
• Problem Solving: You won't just report problems; you will bring three possible solutions to every one issue you identify.

The Ideal Profile

• Background: Fresh Graduate or 1–2 years experience in Finance, Economics, or STEM.
• Unfased & Articulate: You can speak up in a room full of veterans.
• Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with spreadsheets, sensitive data, and identifying trends that others miss.
• Entrepreneurial Grit: You have a "founder" mentality. You don’t wait for a manual; you write it.
