Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Finance Manager based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform business decisions. Key responsibilities also include overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and optimizing financial performance. The role will require regular engagement with senior management, providing strategic financial insights, risk assessments, and recommendations for improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in corporate finance and accounting principles, including compliance and reporting standards
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools and accounting software
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or MBA) are a plus
