Salary: K7400-K11000 equivalent to RM6752.70 to RM10000.25 (Tax Free)

Work Location : Port Moresby National Capital District, Papua New Guinea

Food and Accommodation Provided

6 days work a week, company-provided air ticket to home country, 30 days of paid leave after one year of continuous work, and corresponding benefits for other holidays (Spring Festival and Christmas).


Job Requirements:

1. Regularly admitted college diploma or above, any major, proficient in spoken English;

2. More than 10 years of industry experience, more than 8 years of store manager experience, preference given to candidates with successful management experience in domestic chain supermarkets, business-minded and quick-thinking;

3. Enjoys the retail industry, has commercial sensitivity, and strong career ambition;

4. Has a driver's license and can drive, adaptable and quick to learn, willing to work long-term abroad.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensure the normal operation of the store, reduce various costs and expenses through effective management, and improve work efficiency and store profitability;

2. Implement the company's established policies and service standards, ensuring that store operations comply with company standards;

3. Responsible for merchandise display management, inventory management, restocking, and managing the ordering of products and related equipment;

4. Responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, and employee motivation management for store staff;

5. Develop sales strategies, set sales targets, monitor the sales process, properly handle customer feedback, maintain supplier relationships, and regularly analyze sales data;

6. Supervise financial risks in various business processes such as receiving goods, transferring inventory, pricing, and sales, and control losses;

7. Ensure a safe operating environment, manage security in the area during daily operations, and prevent accidents;

8. According to the company's spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility, continuously optimize business processes related to the position, improve business strategies, enhance customer service quality, and boost supermarket profitability.
